using ssh (winscp) or iphone browser navigate to System/Library/CarrierBundles/unknown.bundles
replace the carrier.plist file in that directory with the one in the attachment below. then copy and paste all the contents in "Carriers Fido And Rogers Logos.zip" in the attachment to that same directory. finally reboot ur phone and voila. there u have it. custom rogers/fido logo. This is proved to be working 100% I will load screenshot upon request. This won't harm ur iphone in anyway.
