SummerBoard themes are designed to be easy to make --
Here's all you need to know to make a theme (or more) of your own:
SummerBoard themes directory is below

You would need Winscp or Ibrickr

/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/

Each folder per theme in there, with the following structure:

ThemeName/StatusBar.png - Status bar image (optional, 320x20 PNG, alpha)
ThemeName/Wallpaper.png - The wallpaper (320x480 PNG, no alpha)
ThemeName/Dock.png - The dock image for the large dock (320x91 PNG, alpha)

Then your icons (optional, 59x60 PNG, alpha) go in:

ThemeName/Icons/

Name them as such: Phone.png Text.png iPod.png Clock.png and so on...

when saving your graphics files , make sure Save for Web & Devices (http://livedocs.adobe.com/en_US/Photoshop/10.0/help.html?content=WS9E2C7F1A-87C0-4dae-9C0C-0C2B3C566F84.html)
this will reduce file size to 10k or something smaller.

Summerboard has settings where you can change many stuff inside the menu.

Be sure you change your files permission to 0755 when you are using winscp.

Enjoy!!:)
